As taught by their teacher,
Professor J. R. Worsley, Linda and Brad see people not only as they
present themselves in illness, but more importantly as they would be in
perfect health and balance in full discovery of their nature, unique in
body, mind and spirit.
Moving toward this, then, becomes the purpose of treatment.
Linda A. Simons RN, MAc.
Linda Simons has over 25 years of clinical experience in the health care
field. After
receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Hartwick
College in
Oneonta, NY Linda worked as a Labor and Delivery Nurse on a high-risk
Obstetrical unit
at George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC. She
later
graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington, DC with
postgraduate
studies in prenatal and infant massage, chakra balancing and
aromatherapy.
Linda earned her Masters degree in Classical Five Element Acupuncture
from the
Traditional Acupuncture Institute (now Tai Sophia Institute) in
Columbia, MD. She has studied
extensively with renowned Professor JR Worsley in Leamingon Spa,
England. She
served as a member of the faculty at Tai Sophia for 7 years and
continues to teach
Classical Five Element Acupuncture to established acupuncture
practitioners.
Linda loves serving others with Classical Five Element Acupuncture. She
gets tremendous joy from helping others thrive, realize their dreams and
full potential. She continues to specialize
in women’s health care, particularly pregnant women and infants.
Brad Hill, M.Ac.
Brad Hill completed a bachelor degree from West Virginia University and
a masters
degree in occupational health and safety from Marshall University. He
earned his second
masters degree in Acupuncture from the Tai Sophia Institute. Brad has
over thirty years
experience in the field of health. He has done extensive post graduate
work with:
Professor JR Worsley at the College of Traditional Acupuncture in
England, Eliot Cowan in Plant Spirit Medicine, Dr. Ellen Cutler for
Bio-Set allergy elimination, Dr. Richard
Tan for acute and chronic pain and Thea Elijah for Chinese herbal
medicine at the Academy of Five Element Acupuncture.
He was on the clinical faculty at Tai Sophia
Institute for seven years. Brad continues to independently teach a
fusion of Five Element
Acupuncture and Meridian Balancing to acupuncture practitioners. Brad
believes that energy medicine will be in the forefront of healing in the
future because of its ability to affect the whole person in body, mind
and spirit. He feels that it is an honor and a privilege to practice
this healing art.
